Dubai Residential, one of the city’s largest residential leasing portfolios under Dubai Holding Asset Management, reported a strong year for community engagement in 2024. Reflecting its commitment to fostering resident happiness and a sense of belonging, the company hosted over 85 curated events and activities across its portfolio of more than 20 communities, attracting more than 50,000 participants— double that of the previous year.

This rise in participation reflects the company's dedication to fostering vibrant and connected communities. Sustainability-focused initiatives, such as Eco Fun Day, encouraged environmentally conscious lifestyle habits with interactive workshops on waste management and upcycling competitions while other residents participated in fun, creative recycling projects and eco-themed games.

Family-centric events, such as Winter Markets, offered festive light displays, seasonal craft stations, and culinary stalls that offered festive delicacies.
