Rahaba Residences is a Customized Staff Housing community designed and developed to the specifications of a large corporate client, and now houses over 6,500 staff. Located on the Dubai-Al Ain Road, and a five-minute drive from Dubai Outlet Mall, the project’s location was selected from the large land bank that Dubai Residential can draw upon.

All aspects of the project were customized, including the residential units and all common areas such as central kitchens, dining halls, recreation rooms, gymnasium, outdoor sports facilities, technical rooms and parking.

All aspects of the day-to-day management of the community are managed by Dubai Residential’s onsite property management, security and facility management teams, thus providing organisations with an end-to-end staff housing solution.
